Company Profile

Knowles Leadership Group (KLG) was founded in 2001 by Neville Knowles in partnership with his wife Charlotte. Initially the company focused solely on small business coaching. With the ebb and flow of Business cycles the Company diversified into Public Sector work in 2004.

Today the Company provides leadership solutions for both the Public and Private sectors through Assessments, Executive Coaching, Team Coaching, the NwGen Leadership Program and Facilitation.

Knowles Leadership Group has worked with leaders and teams in municipal government, the financial services industry, small business, hospitals, non-profit organizations and professionals of several sectors (see Client List tab).

Knowles Leadership Group has worked with associates Wendy Wilson and Dr. Peter DeShane – each being experienced coaches and facilitators. An additional network of associates provide subject matter mentoring and consulting services.

Neville Knowles

Neville Knowles is an Organizational Development specialist. He provides assessments, executive leadership coaching, team development facilitation and leadership development workshops. His clients are committed to expanding their leadership capacity, achieving personal and organizational success. He facilitates transformative, sustainable change.

Prior to starting KLG he spent 20 successful years in the Ontario Wine Industry in various Senior Management roles with London Winery Limited of London, Ontario. From 1978 to 1982 he was Retail Operations Manager responsible for a chain of 8 provincial retail outlets that grew into in to a chain of 34 successful outlets during his tenure. He was responsible for location analysis, lease negotiations, operations and sales marketing initiatives.

In 1982 through 1998 he served as Director of Sales and Marketing, responsible corporately for Industry and Government affairs, Management of a competent team of Managers overseeing National, Provincial and Export market sales, Marketing and Promotion, Provincial Retail sales(34 stores) and Tour Facilities Operations.

Neville received his training in Executive Coaching from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) of San Rafael, California, which is recognized by the International Coaching Federation. He is a member of the London Chamber of Commerce.

In the community, Neville has held President and Director positions within the Wine Council of Ontario, Canadian Wine Institute, Rondeau Cottagers Association, Rondeau Yacht Club and the London Birddog Association. He is a past board member of the Big Brothers Association of London, as well as having been a big brother for four years. In support of community his fund raising proposals have raised $1.3M from federal and provincial governments and the Ontario Trillium Foundation. Neville's been married to his wife Charlotte for over 30 years and has been blessed with two beautiful daughters Kate and Jessica.
